View ‘Tussauds Group: Warwick Castle’
TBWA\LONDON has created a brand TV campaign for The Tussauds Group to put Warwick Castle firmly on the map as Britain’s greatest mediaeval experience. On air from 1st April, the 30” ad will run through April and July in the Central region.
Aimed at people who enjoy the drama and theatre of mediaeval life, but are put off by the conventions of stuffy, uninvolving ‘historical’ attractions, the ad captures the drama, intensity and epic nature of that period.
Filmed entirely on location at Warwick Castle, using performers who actually feature in Warwick Castle’s shows and events, the ad is a stunning dramatisation of all that the Castle has to offer, delivered as an epic movie trailer.
Alison Hartin, Marketing Manager, Warwick Castle comments: “It was really important to us that the advertising should capture the breadth of mediaeval experiences we bring to life at Warwick Castle, in an engaging and impactful way. We’re delighted.”
Matt Shepherd-Smith, CEO of TBWA\LONDON says: “Warwick Castle offers Britain’s greatest mediaeval experience. This film is a cinematic encapsulation of an extraordinary day out.”
The campaign was created by Marie Ronn and Stine Hole, directed by Babak and produced by RSA Films. Media planning and buying was through Manning Gottlieb OMD.
