Alex has over 10 years’ experience working with creative agencies, hand-picking best-in-class talent. As Head of Talent for the TBWA Group, she oversees the UK agencies and leads all talent initiatives within TBWA. Hailing from The North she's approachable and able to smile through the toughest of situations, whilst providing sound advice and counsel.
She steads the ship in all aspects of HR including strategic inputs, Diversity & Inclusion and coaching with the Senior Management teams. She's organised, proactive and generally a good'un.
