Melody Sylvester entered the industry some 25 years ago now. Her outstanding track record has covered agency producer at Mother, senior animation producer at Nexus and 10 years at Ridley Scott Associates as Executive Producer running animation, fashion, design and art projects. She joined Engine as Head of Film in 2019. There she led a large team of producers and editors in Engine Film, working with clients such as Sky, NOW, Santander, Warburtons, EON, Green Flag and Royal Navy. During that time, the work of the team garnered a great deal of attention and awards for work for The Kiyan Prince Foundation, Born Free, Women’s Aid and Alzheimers Society.

Melody is now the Chief Production Officer at TBWA London, part of the global TBWA collective within Omnicom. She remains committed to making great work for clients, delivering industry change through the craft and nurturing the talent of an even wider creative team within the agency and beyond.
