Sandie Dilger

Chief Strategy Officer

Sandie joined in March 2022 with some impressive strategy experience under her belt from both network and independent agencies, as well as client side. Most recently, Sandie has held the position of Head of Strategy at Ogilvy. There, she has led strategy for many of Ogilvy’s most creatively ambitious brands such as Sipsmith and Time to Change. She was originally hired in 2017 to lead the integrated strategy team on Vodafone. A passionate believer in diversity of thinking to drive creativity, Sandie has shaped one of the most integrated strategy teams in London; composed of data, insight, PR, social, experience and brand strategists. An advocate of sharing 'real' learning in the industry, Sandie sat on the 2021 APG shortlisting panel and is an active member and contributor to the APG and IPA.

Prior to Ogilvy, Sandie was at independent agency 101, where she created award winning and highly commercially successful work for GAME, Scottish Widows and Wagamama to name a few. She started her strategy career at VCCP on Coors Light, Hiscox and Burtons Biscuits. Her belief in creativity and the impact it can have to change organisations and behaviour was ignited when she started her career at Cadbury at a time when it was perhaps the most creatively adventurous client in London.
