You've Been Headhunted
Most people when they hear the phrase “being headhunted” will think of big jobs in industries that value higher education. We set out to challenge this concept. Alongside award-winning social enterprise Connection Crew (an organisation that works with people of all backgrounds, many of whom have faced barriers to work), we created a campaign that turns headhunting on its head. Using OOH posters containing QR codes and a range of intricately designed 'You've been Headhunted' business cards, distributed by Connection Crew team members, we created an enigmatic user journey to recruit the very best gig-economy workers.
