Upgrade your Christmas


Over the past 5 years we've worked to shift consumer perceptions and in the UK it's now clear that families no longer need to feel they have to shop at expensive retailers to get the quality they want and expect at Christmas. In very British humour we created not one, but seven TVCs showing (imaginary) scenarios where Lidl shoppers’ have saved so much money on their Christmas groceries that they are able to blow their savings on ridiculously over-the-top festive extravagances. These include a cul-de-sac ice rink, a dining room orchestra, an A-list pantomime star, a giant Christmas tree, imported Arctic snow and reindeer grazing by the dinner table.
